Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 3 years of Tier II application support experience.
• We need hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• We look for strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• We require excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• We expect experience working within a ticketing or case management system.
• We require proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: experience with functional testing or user acceptance testing.
• Preferred: background supporting enterprise applications or CRM platforms.
• Preferred: experience supporting distributed or remote user groups.

• We troubleshoot and resolve escalated Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM issues.
• We investigate application, configuration, and data-related problems.
• We collaborate with support teams to speed up resolution and reduce repeat incidents.
• We own support tickets from initial review through final resolution.
• We provide timely status updates and maintain accurate case documentation.
• We identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• We assist with system configuration and maintenance activities.
• We validate fixes, enhancements, and updates from the end-user perspective.
• We support functional testing efforts when needed.
• We provide remote assistance and guidance to end users.
• We help with training and promote application best practices.
• We deliver responsive customer service and clear communication.
• We maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• We participate in team meetings and support review discussions.
• We follow established support workflows and ticketing procedures.
