Job Description

Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: ~$18.00/hr

Location: Fully Onsite – Springdale, OH

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (40 hrs/week)

Interview: 30–45 minute in-person interview (behavioral-focused)

Must-Haves:

• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Previous banking experience
• Ability to handle high call volume (40–50 inbound calls/day)
• Ability to manage 30–40 inbound chats/day
• Strong data entry skills (First Force preferred)
• Comfortable working fully onsite, 5 days/week
• Professional business attire
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills

Plusses:

• Deposit Operations or Cash Management experience
• Familiarity with Treasury Management products
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Day-to-Day:

• Answer customer inquiries related to bank products and services via phone, email, and chat
• Support Treasury Management products including online banking, lockbox, cash vault, remote deposit, wires, and ACH origination
• Research and resolve customer account issues
• Perform account transactions and maintenance accurately
• Educate clients on system capabilities and banking tools
• Identify sales opportunities and refer clients to sales partners
• Strive for first-contact resolution
• Escalate complex issues per department guidelines
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
