CareSouth Carolina is seeking a Dental Program Director to lead, grow, and elevate our dental services across the organization. This role goes beyond operations—you’ll help define strategy, expand access to care, and build a high-performing team that delivers real impact in our communities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategic direction and daily operations of our dental program
• Partner with executive leadership to drive growth, quality, and performance
• Strengthen recruitment, retention, and development of dental providers
• Oversee budgets, program initiatives, and key performance outcomes
• Collaborate across departments (clinical, HR, revenue cycle, IT) to improve systems and patient experience
• Ensure compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement across the department
• Represent CareSouth Carolina in the community and support outreach and program expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or practice management
• Experience in a community health or FQHC setting is a plus
