Job Description

We’re looking for talented and passionate Designers, all levels of experience, to join our team at any of our offices in Chicago or Oakbrook, IL; Cleveland or Columbus, OH; or Kansas City, MO.

As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and industry partners to develop functional, innovative, and visually compelling design solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects from initial concepts through final installation, participating in everything from space planning, material selection, and documentation to field verification and client presentations.

We value designers who can think strategically, creatively, and critically, while maintaining strong attention to detail. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where every project offers opportunities to grow your skills, contribute to meaningful work, and shape the future of our clients’ spaces.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from a CIDA-accredited program
  • Knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, building codes, specification preparation, and technical drawing.
  • Experience with: AutoCAD, CET, CAP/Cyncly or Spec.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in contract furniture, ancillary products, and workplace planning is a plus—but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:

  • Work on diverse projects at all stages of design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with experienced designers and industry experts.
  • Grow your skills and career with opportunities for mentorship and leadership.
  • Contribute to a creative, team-oriented culture where ideas are valued and recognized.

HOW YOU’LL REFLECT OUR CORE VALUES:

  • Advocacy: We look out for one another and champion the success of our clients, partners, and teammates.
  • Integrity: You will support project execution with honesty and transparency, always prioritizing what’s right for clients and colleagues.
  • Synergy: We know the best results come from collaboration. We show up for our team and rely on each other’s strengths.
  • Stewardship: You will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of each project while making a positive impact on our clients and communities.
  • Transformation: We are curious, forward-thinking, and driven to find better ways to do what we do every single day.

Benefits:
