Entry-Level Sales Representative

$650/Week Base Pay + Commission | Full-Time In-Person | Immediate Openings

North Charleston, SC 29420

We are expanding in the North Charleston area and are hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives . This is a full-time, in-person position focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and account management within the automotive glass industry.

No prior sales experience is required. Paid training is provided along with ongoing coaching and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with prospective customers to discuss automotive glass repair and replacement services

• Educate customers on service options and assist with insurance claim initiation

• Generate new business through face-to-face outreach, community events, booth setups, and referrals

• Conduct local outreach by visiting assigned areas and speaking with vehicle owners

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Provide accurate service information and answer customer questions

• Coordinate with service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Track customer interactions and sales activity

• Meet individual and team performance goals

• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions

• Strong communication and people skills

• Outgoing, confident personality

• Sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation required for travel throughout the North Charleston area

• High school diploma or GED

This is an in-person position. Work takes place at retail locations, community events, booth setups, and assigned outreach areas throughout the North Charleston market. This is NOT a remote position.
