Role Description
We are seeking a General Manager for the Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise, located in Dania Beach, FL. In this full-time on-site role, the General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure optimal guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing and developing staff, creating and executing budgets, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company and brand standards, and fostering a culture of excellence.
