Job Description: Shift : hours are 20-30 per week. Days are to be determined
- Assists patients with preparation for imaging exams, including changing into appropriate attire and verifying identification under supervision.
- Supports technologists during procedures by positioning patients, moving equipment, or preparing exam rooms as directed.
- Cleans and restocks imaging rooms between patients, ensuring cleanliness, infection control compliance, and readiness for next exam.
- Maintains adequate inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment, alerting appropriate staff when items are low.
- Answers phones, relays messages, and assists with communication between technologists, nursing, and other departments to support efficient workflow.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to accurately discern patient and staff needs and efficiently move each encounter to a proper resolution
• Medical terminology class or training [Preferred]
• Knowledge of communication styles and constant deployment of proper engagement behaviors when encountering patients, staff, and physicians
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to display professional interactions with all levels of internal and external customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effectively able to problem solve in complex situations
• Ability to adapt to new situations and responsibilities
• Must have the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care that addresses the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and age-appropriate needs of the patient population served within the department
Education: • High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Work Experience: • 1+ experience in hospital setting in radiology [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications: • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
