$25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available (2nd Shift Preferred: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

We are currently seeking skilled Injection & Extrusion Technicians to join our team in Robesonia, PA. Candidates with availability for 2nd shift will be given preference.

What You’ll Do

As an Injection & Extrusion Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and safe operations. Responsibilities include:

• Operate and maintain plastic injection and extrusion equipment and processes
• Support and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment (robots, molds, dies, feeders, dryers, compounders, hydraulic and cooling systems)
• Maintain product quality and perform in-process quality testing
• Diagnose and resolve technical and process-related issues
• Perform preventative and unplanned maintenance on machinery
• Operate additional automated equipment (cranes, conveyors, forklifts, packaging systems)
• Document process changes and equipment repairs accurately
• Communicate shift updates and key production information
• Assist with mold packing/unpacking for overseas shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide guidance and training to team members as needed
• Collaborate effectively and share technical knowledge with peers
• Step into other roles (operators, material handlers) as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Formal technical training or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer proficiency to operate automated systems
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Physical capability to perform job duties (standing, walking, lifting, climbing, etc.)
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
