Spavia Sparta is hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in King of Prussia, PA.

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience
Service Length Pay (incl. Gratuity)
Signature/ Relaxation Massage 60 min$50 - $56
Advance Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone 60 min $57 - $61
Extended Modalities 80 - 100 min$62 - $75

✔ Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments

• ✔Average therapists gratuity: ~$22 included

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more
• Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and CBD) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
• Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
• Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes
• Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
