Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Atithi Studios – Sharpsburg, PA $20/hour | ~15–20 hours/week

Atithi Studios is an art gallery and creative space focused on community, accessibility, and bringing people together through art. As a small, hands-on team, we’re looking for someone who’s not only excited about marketing, but also ready to jump in and support the space in a variety of ways.

This role goes beyond a typical marketing position — we’re looking for a team player with a positive, “pitch in” attitude who’s open to helping wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. We’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn and grow with us.

Role Overview

The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing efforts while also contributing to the overall flow of the space. In a small creative environment like ours, things move quickly, and no two days look the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Create and edit reels using programs like CapCut
• Design flyers, graphics, and marketing promo assets using Canva
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories (track replys)
• Support event promotion (Eventbrite, Linktree updates, email outreach)
• Help run and monitor Google Ads campaigns
• Track performance (engagement, reach, clicks)
• Capture content during events (photo/video, behind-the-scenes)
• Assist with newsletters and communications
• Track marketing budget and results.

+ Be open to helping with day-to-day needs of the space, such as:

• Event setup and light cleanup during events
• Organizing materials and prepping for programming or exhibitions
• General small tasks that help the galler/ events team stay on track

Who You Are

• A team player who’s willing to jump in and help where needed
• Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Passionate about art, community, and creative spaces
• Familiar with social media platforms and trends

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Photography or videography
• Experience with Google Ads or analytics tools
• Experience with Eventbrite, Google Suite, Beehive, or similar platforms

Schedule + Pay

• $20/hour
• Part-time: ~15–20 hours/week
• Flexible schedule, with some evenings and weekends for events
