If you’ve got precision skills, an eye for safety, and love navigating narrow aisles like a pro, we want you on our team! We are looking for experienced Reach Truck Operators who can effortlessly slide pallets into high racks and keep our fast-moving West Babylon distribution hub running smoothly.
No boring micromanagement here—just a great crew, solid pay, and the independence to do what you do best. What We’re Looking For:
- The Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating a Stand-Up Reach Truck or Joystick-controlled high-reach forklift.
- The Right Mindset: Reliable, punctual, and highly detail-oriented.
- The Muscle: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed and stay comfortable on your feet/operating equipment all day.
- The Basics: Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US. Forklift certification is a huge plus (but we can certify the right candidate!).
salary: $19 - $20 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
- High-Flying Precision: Safely operate stand-up reach trucks and high-lift forklifts to store and retrieve pallets from racking up.
- Order Fulfillment: Pull, stage, and double-check inventory using RF scanners to guarantee order accuracy.
- Load & Unload: Assist with inbound and outbound freight, keeping the shipping docks organized.
- Safety First: Perform daily equipment checks and maintain an organized, accident-free zone.
