Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams, driving business development, and implementing strategic initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can enhance operational efficiency while ensuring regional profitability and growth. The Regional Manager would help oversee our portfolio, which consists of RV Campgrounds. The Regional Manager will help oversee our Wisconsin portfolio with locations from Sturgeon Bay to the Wisconsin Dells market.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations across multiple sites to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to foster a high-performance culture that drives engagement and productivity.
• Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of key projects within budget constraints.
• Identify opportunities for business development and work collaboratively with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
• Implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to make informed decisions that positively impact the bottom line.
• Develop and execute strategic planning initiatives that align with overall company objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities.
• Strong background in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in business development with a focus on driving sales growth within the region.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies that lead to operational excellence.
• Familiarity with profit loss management, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Excellent strategic planning skills with a track record of successful implementation of initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
