Job Description

We are a healthcare administrative team seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to support document organization, form handling, and basic record management. The role involves assisting with maintaining accurate and up-to-date healthcare records to support internal administrative and billing processes.

We are looking for a reliable individual who can work independently, follow instructions carefully, and maintain high accuracy in all tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Strong ability to read, write, type and communicate clearly
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic technical proficiency with digital tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage.

Work Schedule

Remote

5–8 hours per day

3 days per week.

Payment Terms

$12 – $22 per hour, depending on experience level and performance.
