Now Hiring: Storm Restoration Sales Consultants (Closers)

Dallas, TX | In-Person | Commission Only (1099)

RidgeLock Roofing & Restoration is looking for experienced sales closers who want to plug into a system built for high earnings and fast growth.

⚠️ This is a performance-based role

Earnings Potential:

New reps typically earn $80,000 – $200,000+ annually

Top performers regularly exceed six figures

Paid on ALL collected revenue (ACV, depreciation, supplements, change orders)

What You’ll Do:

• Run roof inspections and meet with homeowners after storm damage
• Guide clients through the insurance claims process
• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and company marketing
• Close deals and manage projects through completion
• Build and manage your pipeline using JobNimbus CRM

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of roofing or in-home sales experience ideal
• Strong communication & closing ability
• Comfortable knocking doors and getting on roofs
• Self-motivated, high accountability, performance-driven
• Must have reliable transportation + smartphone

Additional Details:

Flexible schedule (must hit KPIs – ~4–5 deals/month)

In-person interviews: Mondays & Thursdays (1–5 PM)

Office: 3333 Welborn St Suite 350, Dallas, TX

90-day ramp to full production

Local travel required

Must be comfortable climbing ladders
