This role will support general ledger accounting and month-end close activities in a multi-entity, international environment. The organization is currently undergoing an ERP implementation, creating an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional to gain exposure to complex accounting operations and systems
Compensation:
$70,000 - $85,000 base + bonus
• Assist with month-end close including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Prepare supporting schedules including prepaids and bank reconciliations
• Support accounts payable and expense processing as needed
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements
• Work within ERP and financial systems to ensure accurate reporting
• Participate in process improvements and special projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger and reconciliations
• Strong understanding of basic GAAP principles
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to a global, multi-entity accounting environment
