We are seeking a skilled Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract assignment. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their ability to perform daily living activities, regain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and daily living skills
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs
• Ensure compliance with all professional standards and regulatory requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, outpatient, acute care, or long-term care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Weekly

Pay Rate: $58.80 $68.60 per hour
