A thriving regional healthcare system northwest of Denver is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to serve as the cornerstone physician and leader of a growing vascular surgery program. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a service line from the ground up while enjoying the support of an established hospital system and a collaborative surgical team.
As the program's anchor physician, you will play a key role in developing a comprehensive vascular surgery practice, balancing elective and acute care services while helping expand access to high-quality vascular care throughout the region. You will provide outpatient clinic services, perform vascular procedures, participate in call coverage, and work closely with hospital leadership to drive program growth and quality initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary at the 2026 MGMA Median: $625,000

Requirements:
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
Strong interest in program development and clinical leadership
Experience with both open and endovascular procedures preferred
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
