We are growing fast, thinking big, and we are just getting started.

Ready to modernize medicine with us?

At ModMed, we’re building a brand that shows up as powerfully as the technology we create—and video is at the center of how we tell that story.

We’re looking for a Video Producer & Editor who is equal parts storyteller, editor, and motion artist. Someone who doesn’t just cut footage, but brings ideas to life through pacing, design, animation, and a strong creative point of view. If you’re energized by turning concepts into compelling, high-performing content across platforms, this role is for you.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand comes to life across campaigns, product storytelling, social media, and internal communications—working alongside a highly collaborative, creative team that values both craft and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full production lifecycle—from concept and storyboarding through filming, editing, motion design, and final delivery
  • Bring stories to life through motion graphics and animation , adding depth, clarity, and energy to every piece of content
  • Create both short-form, social-first content and longer-form videos, with a strong understanding of how content performs across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Partner closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to shape ideas early and execute them at a high level
  • Produce a wide range of content including brand campaigns, product videos, testimonials, webinars, and internal communications
  • Capture video and photography at events, tradeshows, and key company moments
  • Lead or support art direction on shoots, ensuring a strong visual standard across all outputs
  • Stay on top of emerging trends in video, motion, and social—bringing fresh thinking and new ideas to the team

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in video production, editing, and motion/animation —ideally in a fast-paced, in-house or agency environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (motion skills are essential, not a bonus)
  • Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio in both studio and on-location environments
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • A highly collaborative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and push creative forward
  • Most importantly, an exceptional and diverse portfolio that showcases both long- and short-form video , with a clear strength in social media content across platforms —including strong examples of motion graphics and animation

Location Requirement - Hybrid: This role requires being in the office 3 days a week to collaborate closely with the Director and engineering leadership.

Please note this position is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity.
