ADMINISTRATIVE / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a growing real estate company in Round Rock, TX, and we're looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized Administrative/Personal Assistant to be the backbone of our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, genuinely enjoys supporting others, and brings positive energy to every interaction. You will work closely with leadership to manage schedules, communications, and administrative functions—serving as a trusted right hand in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with precision
• Handle high-volume email correspondence on behalf of leadership; draft, organize, and respond professionally
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners—creating a welcoming and professional experience
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, communication gaps, and logistical challenges
• Support conflict resolution and act as a calm, diplomatic liaison between parties when needed
• Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized digital records, and update CRM or operational databases
• Process basic payroll functions using Deel.com, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Coordinate travel arrangements, errands, and personal tasks for leadership as needed
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, Drive)
• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive business and personal information with the utmost discretion

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or personal assistant role
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Experience with Deel.com for basic payroll processing preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with data entry and maintaining digital records with accuracy
• Real estate industry experience is a bonus but not required
COMPENSATION & DETAILS
• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Location: Round Rock, TX (on-site)
