If you come from a background in sports, fitness, strength training, swimming, water polo, triathlon, yoga, cycling, physical therapy or simply love working with athletes, we can teach you the rest.
This is a stipend-based, community coaching role — best suited for someone local who already has a primary job and wants to be part of something meaningful. You’ll work alongside an experienced head coach, have flexible scheduling, and help guide motivated high school athletes as they grow not just as runners, but as people.
Over the past year we’ve taken a modest program and turned it into something special, and we’re committed to continuing that growth with the right people around us.
You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need energy, curiosity, good communication, and a genuine interest in helping young athletes build confidence and a lifelong love of movement.
