Compensation

- % of each job total plus tips - generally pays $25-35 per hour

- Larger and deep clean jobs pay more

- Earnings grow as your client schedule builds over time

- Tips are not required but are common for quality work

- This is performance-based pay — efficiency and quality both matter

Position Details

- Independent contractor role

- Flexible scheduling — primarily daytime weekday hours

- Consistent work available — schedules build over time

- Ongoing weekly, biweekly, and monthly clients available

- Contractors are responsible for their own supplies, transportation, and availability

Responsibilities

- Perform detailed residential cleanings according to Bri's Cleaning standards and checklists

- Complete standard recurring cleans as well as deep cleans and specialty services

- Maintain a high standard of quality on every job including attention to baseboards, edges, and finishing touches

- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients at all times

- Manage time effectively to complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality

- Maintain a respectful and professional presence in clients' homes at all times

- Report any issues, damages, or concerns to management promptly

- Follow all cleaning protocols and use only approved professional-grade supplies

Skills Required

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Professional and courteous communication with clients

- Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks including standing, bending, and carrying supplies

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Comfortable working in residential homes including homes with pets

Requirements

- 1 or more years of paid residential cleaning experience required

- A trial clean may be requested as part of the hiring process

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required

- Must pass a background check

- Valid government-issued ID and legal authorization to work in the United States

- Must provide your own professional-grade cleaning supplies and microfiber cloths

- Must have a reliable vacuum with strong suction suitable for residential cleaning

- Must be able to maintain consistent availability and avoid last-minute cancellations

- Willing to follow our cleaning checklist and standards for both routine and deep cleans
