Consultant – Wealth & Asset Management Transformation

A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Manager to join its Financial Services consulting practice, focused on Wealth & Asset Management transformation.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze financial data and business trends to help clients make informed investment and business decisions
• Develop go-to-market strategies and roadmaps, including competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and market entry analysis
• Support clients through product development lifecycles using Agile methodologies
• Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, monitoring progress and ensuring quality delivery
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify business development opportunities
• Travel up to 75% to meet client needs (up to 25% internationally)

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field + 5 years of experience (or Master's + 4 years)
• 3+ years in a professional services or financial services environment
• 3+ years in asset management, private banking, insurance, or related sectors
• 3+ years presenting technical findings via PowerPoint, Excel, Word, or Visio
• 2+ years managing teams through full project lifecycles
